“I’ve lived here for 3 years and I’ve enjoyed my stay. Bev is one of the best maintenance workers I’ve ever experienced. She’s timely on completing requests and giving updates, she gives helpful tips about things around the apartment, and she’s an overall wonderful person to interact with. The office has had a few different staff members working there since I’ve lived here, there hasn’t really been a problem. The only thing I can think of is that I don’t typically get a call back after I leave a voicemail message at the office. However, the office is usually available whenever I call back at a later time. Other than that, the office has been great.”

I have lived at multiple different apartments during the past 5 years, and I find maintenance to be very important to my experience in the apartment. Here, the maintenance staff, and more specifically Beverly, has been incredibly respectful, timely, and knowledgeable about the unit. I have had a couple issue come up, and every time Beverly is able to respond very fast, take care of the issue, and be respectful of the wishes of me and my girlfriend when it comes to entering our unit. This is the most respect I have felt as a tenant in an apartment complex. In addition, the other staff we have interacted with have been generally pleasant. The neighbors/community have been friendly when I have interacted with them. I can confidently recommend Westbrook to those who are looking to live in Whitmore Lake.”
